Animals and Landscapes

Photographing animals can be challenging. They don’t take instruction very well, and are always moving. Being able to catch them at just the right moment usually comes down to patience, timing, and a lot of luck.

Landscapes are about the same if I’m being honest. You have to be in a place, at the right time, and then have the patience to make the shot work. Sometimes that means waiting for something to fly/drive through a sunset to get a unique silhouette. Other times it means waiting out rain, or dealing with extreme temperatures. Whatever the case, these situations are always rewarding.
